| MOTIVATIONAL MONDAY

 

 

Hello Sunshine 🙂

I trust you are well? It is that time of the week again, where we are starting off, a new week, new opportunities, new ventures, new possibilities. 🙂

It’s hard though, to look forward to something NEW, when we are afraid, and paralyzed by fear. The optimistic side of me is always saying “Screw it, you got this, you have nothing to lose”, and then the realistic side of me will chime in and say “yes, you actually DO have a lot to lose, be rational, think about this”. Sometimes we are paralyzed by our own thoughts and fears regarding trying something new, exploring and doing things outside of our “comfort zone”. I remember reading somewhere that, just OUTSIDE your comfort zone, that’s where you REALLY begin to live, to enjoy life the way you are meant to.

 

Our fears prevent us from living out our true potential. Living freely, with no regrets, with no obligations.

I know it is hard to sometimes move past it, and beyond that FEAR, however, how will you achieve greatness, get the love of your life, score that big fish, apologize to someone you care about, IF YOU DO NOT TRY?

 

FIRST THINGS FIRST….

Be cognizant and AWARE of what it is exactly that is causing you to be afraid. Is it failure? Reaction? Disappointment?

We are afraid of how we will be, and who we will become once our light shines so bright that it cannot be dimmed! That is what TRULY scares us!

 

DO THIS TODAY IF YOU WANT TO START LIVING THE LIFE YOU WANT TO LIVE

 

  • FORGIVE YOURSELF– for whatever it is that you did that is making you afraid.
  • PRACTICE LOVING YOURSELF– we cannot expect love validation from anyone else other than ourselves.
  • WALK THROUGH IT, DON’T RUN– Walk through achieving what scares you. Start slowly, do it at YOUR pace. Not someone elses.
  • HAVE FAITH IN YOURSELF– If you dont BELIEVE you can do it, no one else will.
  • JUST START. JUST JUMP OFF. DO IT. 

 

TASK FOR THIS WEEK: 

You know that thing…. that thing, that you were afraid to do, or get started on? Let this be the week you walk through it, and get started. Do it, and forgive yourself for the mistakes you will make along the way.

LET FEAR MEAN:

 

FACE EVERYTHING AND RISE.
